2. Data We Process
- Contact data: Name, email address, phone number and message content you share when reaching us by email, phone or social media.
- Panel account data: Name, username, email and session records of authorized panel users; only upon the institution’s request and to provide the service.
- Technical records: Server logs for security and debugging, plus technical data from cookie use.
3. Processing Purposes
Your data is processed only to answer your requests, provide the management panel service to contracted customers, ensure security and meet legal obligations. It is never used for other purposes or shared with third parties.
4. Cookies
No tracking or advertising cookies are used beyond strictly necessary ones. The management panel keeps only functional session cookies to maintain your session.
5. Retention and Security
Your data is kept for as long as needed to provide the service and in line with legal retention duties, protected with measures such as access restrictions and encryption.
6. Your Rights
For your rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection under Article 11 of the KVKK, email us; we respond within 30 days at the latest.
